Instant Technology, a staffing firm specializing in the placement of IT candidates, announced the expansion of its offices with the opening of their Washington DC location. Recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, the launch of the DC office services a growing clientele in the public and private sector.
With a leadership team amassing more than 25 years of experience in IT staffing, Instant Technology has built a reputation of establishing strong relationships while fostering an in-depth understanding of individual needs in a volatile economic market. A successful two-tiered organizational structure ensures that the needs of clients and candidates are met by providing conscientious matches. President and CEO Rona Borre's founding principles are expressed in Instant Technology's mission to provide a bridge between clients and the technical workforce, delivering the highest quality solutions with dedication and integrity.
Leading the DC efforts is Instant Technology's Vice President, Elizabeth DeFazio, who has over fourteen years of successful ‘start up' experience and has been with Instant Technology since its inception. In addition, she has recently appointed Michael McCoy, a seasoned staffing veteran, to serve as Branch Director of this operation. McCoy brings extensive expertise from more than twenty years in senior management roles working for a variety of high technology and telecommunications companies.
Instant Technology also appointed Tina Hamann to the role of Washington DC Metro Area National Business Development Manager. Since starting her career in the IT industry more than ten years ago, Hamann has played an instrumental role in helping the firm grow into its prominence today. Senior Account Manager, Matthew Garvey is a seasoned staffing veteran with considerable experience in managing and marketing senior-level consultants. Lead DC Account Manager/Recruiter Amanda Morris began her career at Instant Technology handling day-to-day logistics before quickly being promoted to the National Team; now she exclusively focuses on the DC area.
"We are thrilled about the opening of our DC office," stated Borre. "Instant Technology has been staffing nationally for years. With the dynamic growth of our firm, the increased volume of opportunities necessitated an office to be able to physically interact with clients and candidates. Instant Technology is built on the foundation of creating personal relationships, and we felt the timing was right to establish a local point of presence on the East Coast."
The office is located at AdvantEdge Business Centers, Chevy Chase Building, 5335 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Suite 950, Washington, DC, 20015, 202.478.9670, EDeFazio@instanttechnology.com or RBorre@instanttechnology.com.
