Our goal with this site is that it would be easy to use, easy to manage, easy to navigate, and easy to optimize. We were able to accomplish all of these goals using an entirely custom PHP website, rather than depending on an existing CMS. (Don’t get me wrong, I love WordPress, but the client gets what the client wants.) Since this site was created from scratch, the resulting site is very lightweight and super fast.
