Rona Borre – President and CEO
Rona Borre, Founder, President and CEO of Instant Technology began her career in the technology staffing industry as an Account Manager at a global recruiting firm in 1996. She quickly became the top producer in Sales corporate-wide for four years in a row and exceeded every sales goal and company benchmark previously established. Rona built and ran a $30 million book of business before venturing out on her own to establish Instant Technology. Since founding Instant Technology in 2001, the company has become a nationally-recognized Woman-owned Business Enterprise and consistently doubled in total revenue and net income the first five years in business. Rona has been honored as an Influential Woman in Business by The Business Ledger and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and an Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine, in addition to the number of accolades awarded to her agency. Rona contributes to staffing industry publications such as Staff Digest and is often interviewed as a Subject Matter Expert for various publications. She is a member of the Young Professionals’ Organization/Chicago Chapter as well as The Executives’ Club of Chicago, and is involved with a number of industry organizations and philanthropic activities. She received her BS in Business from University of Arizona.
Mirjana Schultz – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Instant Technology, Mirjana Schultz is responsible for developing the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and corporate objectives while overseeing our Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments. Prior to joining Instant Technology she was with The Carlyle Group/Akoya Private Equity as Chief Financial Officer. She also spent four years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration with Talent Intelligence, a risk management solution provider to global Fortune 500 firms. Her career began at A.T. Kearney, a prestigious global consulting firm where she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Executive Search Division. During her fourteen year tenure she successfully helped drive the firm to its position as a leading global executive search firm by devising programs to exponentially increase revenue and advance its professional staff, while implementing best practices, quality metrics, and enhancing utilization.
Mary Rodino – Chief Sales Officer
Mary Rodino has over 20 years of experience leading sales, marketing and operations teams. Before joining Instant Technology, Mary served as the Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Enterprise Sales for CIMCO, a Division of Comcast Business Services, where she was responsible for acquisition and growth sales, channel partners and the strategic marketing strategy. Previously, Mary held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where she was responsible for building a sales acquisition process and team. She began her career with AT&T, where she held a variety of leadership roles in sales and operations, culminating with the position of General Manager, Global Business. Mary is currently on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where she serves on the Executive Team as Vice President of Mission. She also serves on the Board of Governors for Opportunity International and is a member of Women in Cable and Telecommunications. Mary holds a BS degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois Medical Center and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Michael Lipinski – Director of Recruiting
Michael Lipinski serves as a key leader at Instant Technology, charged with creating and executing the strategic plan for talent acquisition to deliver the highest level of staffing services to our clients and associates. With almost a decade of experience in the recruiting arena, Mike manages the design, documentation, implementation and measurement of our recruitment operations. Mike joined Instant Technology after a long tenure at NueVista Group, where he worked with company stakeholders to fill roles for Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his responsibilities as a Sr. Recruiter at NueVista, Mike created and administered the company’s social media presence and acted as internal support for NueVista’s CRM system conversion. Prior to NueVista, he served in a recruiting capacity at Spherion Technology Architects. Mike attended Northeastern Illinois University with a focus on Computer Science.
Jose J. Alvarez – Practice Director, IT Strategy and DevOps
Jose J. Alvarez has more than 17 years of experience in Technology Delivery, specializing in IT Strategy, Infrastructure, Security, Technology Architecture, and Development Operations. Before joining Instant Technology, Jose led Accenture’s Technology Consulting capability for their Global Delivery Network. He was responsible for managing over 300 deeply skilled resources across North and Latin America. Jose also launched and developed Accenture’s DevOps Practice and was responsible for overall sales and delivery. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 100 companies across various industries. As Practice Director at Instant Technology, Jose is responsible for developing Technology Offerings and Solutions and helping to identify key talent for our customers’ current technology needs, including Cloud, Virtualization, and DevOps. Jose holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
