Rona Borre

Rona Borre – President and CEO
Rona Borre, Founder, President and CEO of Instant Technology began her career in the technology staffing industry as an Account Manager at a global recruiting firm in 1996. She quickly became the top producer in Sales corporate-wide for four years in a row and exceeded every sales goal and company benchmark previously established. Rona built and ran a $30 million book of business before venturing out on her own to establish Instant Technology. Since founding Instant Technology in 2001, the company has become a nationally-recognized Woman-owned Business Enterprise and consistently doubled in total revenue and net income the first five years in business. Rona has been honored as an Influential Woman in Business by The Business Ledger and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and an Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine, in addition to the number of accolades awarded to her agency. Rona contributes to staffing industry publications such as Staff Digest and is often interviewed as a Subject Matter Expert for various publications. She is a member of the Young Professionals’ Organization/Chicago Chapter as well as The Executives’ Club of Chicago, and is involved with a number of industry organizations and philanthropic activities. She received her BS in Business from University of Arizona.


Mirjana Schultz

Mirjana Schultz – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Instant Technology, Mirjana Schultz is responsible for developing the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and corporate objectives while overseeing our Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments. Prior to joining Instant Technology she was with The Carlyle Group/Akoya Private Equity as Chief Financial Officer. She also spent four years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration with Talent Intelligence, a risk management solution provider to global Fortune 500 firms. Her career began at A.T. Kearney, a prestigious global consulting firm where she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Executive Search Division. During her fourteen year tenure she successfully helped drive the firm to its position as a leading global executive search firm by devising programs to exponentially increase revenue and advance its professional staff, while implementing best practices, quality metrics, and enhancing utilization.


Frazer DonaldsonFrazer Donaldson – Senior Vice President, Instant: Executive Search   
Frazer Donaldson has been in the technology search industry in Chicago since 1994 and has worked on both the search firm side of recruiting and on the client side, managing client companies ranging from Fortune 500 firms to internet start-ups, locally and on the East Coast. Frazer has placed a variety of executive technical professionals into full-time roles, including CIO/CTO and VP of IT to Director, Developer, Project Manager, and Architect, throughout his 17-year career. He has been quoted in Crain’s Chicago Business numerous times and in the Miami University Career Services Bulletin. Moreover, he’s given recruiting and interviewing strategy presentations at the UIC Alumni Career Office and at various national outplacement firms. Frazer is a member of the Illinois St. Andrew’s Society where he chairs an annual golf outing to raise funds for The Scottish Home, an assisted living facility in North Riverside. He is also actively involved with the University of Michigan Hospital Cancer Research Center, co-chairing an annual fundraising event in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Frazer is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
