Rona Borre, CEO of Instant Technology, stands out as one of the leading female entrepreneurs in the Chicago tech community. Since founding the IT talent management firm in 2001, the company has become a nationally recognized woman-owned business enterprise, consistently increasing revenue year over year. As a leader in the IT industry, she is involved with the Illinois Technology Association and Built In Chicago to bring Chicago to the forefront of the nation’s technology community. Borre is also a strong advocate of mentoring and has partnered with Skills for Chicagoland (formerly Chicago Career Tech), the mayor’s biggest initiative for job retooling and placement, and Excelerate Labs to advise Chicago start-ups in identifying the right talent for their businesses. She contributes to staffing industry publications such as Staffing Industry Analyst and has spoken on panels regarding entrepreneurship and women empowerment. She is often interviewed as a subject matter expert by media entities such as CNBC, CBS 2 Chicago and Crain’s Chicago. Rona has been honored as an Influential Woman in Business by The Business Ledger and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and an Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine, in addition to the number of accolades awarded to her agency. She is a member of the Young Professionals’ Organization/Chicago Chapter, and is involved with a number of industry organizations and philanthropic activities. She received her BS in Business from University of Arizona.

As President of Instant Technology, Mirjana Schultz is responsible for developing the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and corporate objectives while overseeing our Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments. Prior to joining Instant Technology she was with The Carlyle Group/Akoya Private Equity as Chief Financial Officer. She also spent four years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration with Talent Intelligence, a risk management solution provider to global Fortune 500 firms. Her career began at A.T. Kearney, a prestigious global consulting firm where she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Executive Search Division. During her fourteen year tenure she successfully helped drive the firm to its position as a leading global executive search firm by devising programs to exponentially increase revenue and advance its professional staff, while implementing best practices, quality metrics, and enhancing utilization.
